Insurance plays two concomitant roles in human life and in the legal sphere. On the one hand, it guarantees the presence of a person on whom the person affected by the risk has relied to obtain adequate compensation for damage or needs. On the other hand, it provides security and security for the insured and his sense of tranquillity while exercising his activity or his life in general, because he understands that there are those who charge him if he makes a mistake during the exercise of the activity or someone who takes care of him if something happens to him in his health or in his life in general.
