الآثار الإقتصادية لإستثمار التكنولوجيا الرقميه في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية

ملخص البحث : يهدف هذا البحث الي الكشف عن ماهية التكنولوجيا الرقميه المضاد للتغيرات المناخية. والوقوف على طبيعة التغيرات المناخية المدمرة للمجتمعات إقتصاديا.مع تحديد طبيعه العلاقة بين استثمار التكنولوجيا الرقميه ومواجهة التغيرات المناخية. واخيرا التوصل إلى الآثار الإقتصادية لاستثمار التكنولوجيا الرقميه في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية.وقد توصلت الدراسة الي وضع مجموعه إستراتيجيات للتحول الي التكنولوجيا الخضراء من خلال تعزيز دور التطبيقات الرقمية في الأجندة العالمية لمواجهة التغير المناخي في الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد من جهة، والعمل على تطوير حلول جديدة مستدامة من خلال ما يُطلق عليه «التكنولوجيا الخضراء»، من جهة أخرى، وهو الأمر الذي يرتبط بتفعيل دور الثورة الصناعية الرابعة في مواجهة التغييرات المناخية.

Abstract: This study aims to reveal what digital technology is against climate change. And standing on the nature of climate changes that are devastating to societies economically. With determining the nature of the relationship between investing in digital technology and confronting climate changes. Finally, reaching the economic effects of investing in digital technology in the face of climate change. The study concluded a set of strategies for the transition to green technology by enhancing the role of digital applications in the global agenda to confront climate change in the optimal use of resources on the one hand, and work on developing new sustainable solutions on the one hand. Through what is called “green technology”, on the other hand, which is related to activating the role of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in facing climate change.
